When a team you refer subscribes to a paid plan, your billing is paused for 3 months. If you're not on a plan yet, you'll get 3 months free when you subscribe. There's no limit to how many teams you can refer.

Teams you refer get 1 full month free to try Biel.ai (instead of the standard 15-day trial). This gives them more time to integrate and see real value before committing.

Contact us and tell us about the team you'd like to refer. Share an email introduction with us, and we'll take it from there—handling demos, setup, and installation support. Once they subscribe, your reward kicks in.

Self-referrals are not allowed—you cannot refer your own company. The referred team must be a legitimate new customer that stays subscribed for at least one billing cycle.

Yes! There's no limit to how many teams you can refer. Each successful referral adds 3 months of free service. Refer 4 teams in a year and you've got a full year free.
