Which plan fits my team?
Choose Starter for a single project with up to 500 indexed pages and 2,000 monthly interactions. Professional adds higher limits, scheduled refresh, and MCP access. Choose Business for advanced models and API access, or Enterprise for custom limits and SLAs.
What does the free trial include?
14 days, 1 project, 500 indexed pages, and 2,000 monthly interactions. No credit card required. Your project stays in your dashboard after the trial ends.
Is Biel.ai free for open-source projects?
Yes. Qualified non-commercial open-source projects get Biel.ai free, with the required “Powered by Biel.ai” attribution. See eligibility and apply.
What if we need more interactions?
We alert you at 80% usage. Upgrade or buy a one-time interaction pack from your dashboard.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan includes unlimited dashboard users.
Which AI models are included?
Plans use GPT-5 mini and Claude Haiku by default. Business adds GPT-5 and Claude Sonnet. Enterprise offers frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic, plus the option to bring your own model.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. We do not train AI models on your content or conversations. Read our security overview.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, from your dashboard. Your subscription ends at the close of your current monthly or annual billing period.
