Which plan should I choose?
Start with Professional. It fits most growing docs sites. Move up to Business when you outgrow the interactions quota or need GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, and API access. Choose Enterprise when you need a custom DPA or limits.
How long is the free trial, and what is included?
14 days, no credit card. Trial limits: 1 project, 500 indexed pages, and 2,000 interactions a month. When it ends, the chatbot pauses until you pick a paid plan; your project and indexed content stay, so upgrading resumes where you left off.
Do you offer discounts for open source or startups?

What happens if we exceed our interactions quota?
We notify you at 80% usage. You can upgrade your plan or buy a one-time interaction pack from the dashboard. The bot keeps answering either way.
Can we add more dashboard seats?
Yes. Each plan ships with a default seat count. Extra seats are $20/month per seat, added from the admin panel. Or upgrade to a higher tier if you need many.
Which AI models power the answers?
All plans use GPT-5 mini and Claude Haiku by default. Business and Enterprise plans also include GPT-5 and Claude Sonnet for higher-quality answers on hard questions.
Is our content used to train AI models?
No. Your indexed content and your users' conversations stay with you and are never used for training. Privacy Policy covers the details.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans cancel at renewal.
