AI for docs that have to be right
Biel.ai puts a grounded assistant on technical documentation: chatbot, search, and MCP server, answering only from your docs, with sources. This page is about the people behind it.
Biel.ai is built by TechDocs Studio, a company from Spain that makes tools for documentation teams. We come from the docs world ourselves: years of writing, building, and maintaining technical documentation for developer products, and years of watching good docs fail their readers at the exact moment a question needed answering.
When AI assistants arrived, docs teams got two defaults: generic chatbots that confidently invent flags and endpoints, and enterprise platforms sized for companies with procurement departments. We wanted a third thing: an assistant that treats documentation as the source of truth, installs on the stack you already run (Docusaurus, MkDocs, Sphinx, or anything else), and can be tried on your own docs the same afternoon you find it.
Today Biel answers questions on documentation for teams like Talon. One and the Tezos ecosystem, on their docs sites, in team chat, and inside AI tools through MCP. The same company also builds PushFeedback, a feedback widget for docs, because the two questions that matter to a docs team are the same two we build for: can readers get answers, and can writers see what is missing.
Biel.ai is founded and led by David Garcia. The team stays deliberately close to its customers: the people who answer your questions are the people who ship the product. You can read what customers say on G2, see the open-source plugins on GitHub, or follow along on LinkedIn.

What we optimize for
Right, or silent
A docs assistant that guesses is worse than none. Biel answers only from your documentation, cites its sources, and says so when the docs do not cover it. That rule is the product.
Public pricing, self-serve
The price is on the site and the trial needs no credit card. We sell the way developers buy: read the pricing page, try it on your own docs, decide.
Fast answers, from the makers
Customers talk to the people who build the product. Feature requests routinely ship within days, and our G2 reviews say so more credibly than we can.
