No release date is confirmed. Join early access for beta updates. Public Document360 knowledge bases can be indexed by URL today.
Can I use Biel with Document360 today?
Yes, if the knowledge base is public. Add its live URL as a source in Biel. Private content is not supported through the public crawler.
Where does the assistant widget appear?
The widget appears on published pages where you add its script. This requires a Document360 plan that allows custom JavaScript. The native private-content integration is still in development.
Will it respect KB versioning?
Native version handling is not confirmed yet. Public version URLs can be indexed today. Use separate projects when answers must stay within one version.
How will it stay in sync?
Sync behavior for the native integration will be confirmed before beta.
