What Biel will read from Document360

Four content types, one chatbot.

Document360 is built for support and product KBs. Biel will turn that content into self-serve answers: same KB, natural-language questions, source-cited responses.

Categories and articles

Your knowledge base structure stays intact. Citations show the category path so readers know where the answer lives.

Getting Started > Setup

Versioned KBs

Document360 supports versioned knowledge bases. Each version will be indexed as its own source so answers stay scoped.

v1.x, v2.x, latest

Multi-language

Each language variant of your KB is indexed separately. Readers get answers in their language with citations to the right localized URL.

/en/, /de/, /es/

Public KB sites

Already supported today via URL indexing. Point Biel at the public Document360 URL and it crawls the rendered site.

What we can answer today

When will the native Document360 integration ship?

In development. The native API connection will support private knowledge bases and workspace-level auth. Sign up for early access and we will notify you when beta opens.

Can I use Biel with Document360 today?

Yes, if your KB is publicly accessible. Add the live KB URL as a URL source in your Biel.ai project. Biel crawls the rendered HTML, indexes categories and articles, and returns source-cited answers. Private KBs require the native integration we are building.

Where does the chatbot widget appear?

Document360 supports custom JavaScript injection on paid plans. The same web-component install used for Jekyll, ReadMe, and other rendered docs sites works in Document360 today.

Will it respect KB versioning?

Yes. Each version your Document360 KB publishes will be indexed as its own source. Readers on /v1/ will not get answers from /v2/.

How will it stay in sync?

Scheduled re-indexing on the cadence you choose, with optional webhook sync for high-velocity KBs.

Where does our content go?

EU-hosted by default. GDPR compliant. Your KB content is read for indexing only and never used to train models.
