Connect your Confluence Cloud spaces as a source

A lot of the answers your team needs live in Confluence, not in public docs. You can now connect your Confluence Cloud spaces as a source, with auto-sync so the index keeps up as pages change.
Point the chatbot at a space and it indexes the pages. When someone edits or adds a page, auto-sync picks it up without a manual re-crawl.
A few ways this plays out:
- An internal team chatbot answers from your engineering or ops space, so people stop pinging each other for the same page
- A support team grounds answers in the Confluence knowledge base they already maintain
- A hybrid setup pulls public docs and internal Confluence spaces into one chatbot, with access scoped to who should see what
You can mix Confluence spaces with your other sources, so internal and public material live side by side.
To turn it on, add a Confluence source in Settings > Sources and authorize your Confluence Cloud workspace. The Confluence docs cover the connection and which spaces to include.
One tip: connect only the spaces that hold answer-worthy content and leave out scratch and meeting-notes spaces. A focused index keeps answers grounded in the pages people actually rely on.
